IGA/AGS Joint Venture Inc combined forces and skills to perform the glazing contract for this prestigious project, due to the size of the building.

Located on Vancouver's most ceremonial street, Living Shangri-La is an extraordinary opportunity to contribute a unique civic space to the city and a signature building to the downtown skyline, celebrating art, history and innovative design.

Project size: 665,000 sq. ft.

The towers' facade consists of 6,650 custom curtainwall panels of specifically designed curtainwall system for the project, The 300,000 sq. ft. glass and aluminum facade incorporates various special features such as luminescent panels and "truss" curtainwall at balconies.

Construction started in March 2005, due for completion in the Summer of 2008
