Frank Luciani - Founder, CEO
Frank Luciani has over forty years experience in the commercial glazing world. While he was president his entrepreneurial spirit and determination allowed him to grow Inland Glass from a local shop into an international business. Mr. Luciani has taken the role as Director of Technology to ensure we are industry leaders in new innovations. His commitment to education and bringing in new technology separates Inland Glass from the competition.
Regan Loehr - President
Regan Loehr has an extensive background in all services IGA has to offer as he has been with the company since 1987. Before becoming a partner in 1998 he learned the ins and outs of estimating, production, and project management and then heading all departments. With over 20 years experience Mr. Loehr not only brings extensive knowledge of the commercial glazing and construction industry but a passion to grow this company as an industry leader.
Gary Lawrence - Head of Marketing and Estimating
Gary Lawrence came to Inland Glass after graduating from BCIT's Architectural and Building Engineering Technology Program. Over the last twenty years he has proven his ability to research, bid, and support his marketing team to win major projects in Western Canada and the US. Mr. Lawrence became head of his department in 1997 and a year later became partner. His outstanding leadership and communication skills have given him the ability to penetrate new markets and establish long standing business relationships.
